Fernando de Castro Rodrigues holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from FGV. From 1980 to 2010, he studied and worked abroad, including in Spain, France, Germany, Japan, Italy and China, mainly focused on the retail industry. From 2000 to 2020, he attended international congresses and forums on retail, including the NRF, the International Retail Summit, and World Retail, among others. From 1979 to 1993, he served as chief executive officer, chief commercial officer and chief financial officer at companies of the Saint-Gobain group. From 1983 to 2000, he served as chief business strategy and development for South America at the Saint-Goban group. From 2000 to 2010, he served as chief executive officer at Telhanorte Ltda. Mr. Rodrigues serves as director and is a partner of Tag Investimentos Ltda., a company he joined in 2012; director at ABRAFATI – Brazilian Paints Association; and member of the executive board of IDV – Instituto de Desenvolvimento do Varejo.

Reynaldo Awad Saad holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Universidade Mackenzie and a bachelor’s degree in accounting sciences from Universidade Paulista. He attended a number of programs, including the Innovation and Disruption of the Industries and Environmental Impacts Program at Yale University, and the Executive Program Innovation at Singularity University Brazil. Mr. Saad worked for 31 years at Deloitte, developing his experience in consulting and audit services, mainly focused on the retail and consumer goods industry, advising Brazilian and multinational large and medium-sized companies. From 2011 to 2019, he served as head of retail and consumption industry for Brazil. From 2013 to 2018, he served as head of retail and consumption industry for Latin America. From 2014 to 2018, he served as member of the executive committee of industry global leaders. He led audit and consulting services provided to Walmart, the Pão de Açúcar group, the Carrefour group, the DPSP group and Nestlé. He also led audit services provided to Cencosud for the issuance of negative working capital appraisal reports in the acquisitions of Supermercados Irmãos Bretas and Supermercados Prezunic. He was the advisory partner in the consulting services provided to us from 2008 to 2015; and co-head for Latin America in the services provided to us from 2016 to 2018.
