Júlio Moura Neto holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule Zürich (ETHZ), with specialization in nuclear engineering, and a master’s degree from the MIT, Sloan School of Management.

He serves as Chairman of the board of directors of Cencosud Chile, Brinox S.A. and Exact Sales. He is a founding partner and serves as chairman of Vesper-Ventures. In Switzerland, he served as member of the boards of directors of Messerli AG and Aliva AG; chairman of the board of directors and chief executive officer at Amanco and Grupo Nueva; chief executive officer at Elevadores Schindler Europa; and member of the global executive committee of Sika S.A. He also served as chairman of the boards of directors of Chilean multinational companies, including Terranova and Masisa. Mr. Moura Neto served as member of the boards of directors of Amata Brasil, Adecoagro and Natura Cosméticos, where he also served as chairman of the strategic committee.

Renato Gutiérrez has a degree in Commercial Engineering from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica of Chile and completed an Advanced Management Program (AMP) at the ESE Business School of the University of the Andes, in Chile. He currently holds the position of Corporate Planning and Management Control Manager at Cencosud S.A., where he has worked for 18 years. During his career at Cencosud, he held the positions of Head of Management Control, Development Manager and Strategic and Commercial Planning Manager in the Department Store business, as well as the positions of Retail Project Manager and Strategic Planning Manager at a corporate. Furthermore, from October 2023 to February 2024, Mr. Renato was interim CEO of Cencosud S.A. as an additional responsibility to his role as Corporate Management Control Manager.

Mr. Renato Arturo Gutiérrez González does not hold positions in other companies or third sector organizations.

Reynaldo Awad Saad holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Universidade Mackenzie and a bachelor’s degree in accounting sciences from Universidade Paulista. He attended a number of programs, including the Innovation and Disruption of the Industries and Environmental Impacts Program at Yale University, and the Executive Program Innovation at Singularity University Brazil. Mr. Saad worked for 31 years at Deloitte, developing his experience in consulting and audit services, mainly focused on the retail and consumer goods industry, advising Brazilian and multinational large and medium-sized companies. From 2011 to 2019, he served as head of retail and consumption industry for Brazil. From 2013 to 2018, he served as head of retail and consumption industry for Latin America. From 2014 to 2018, he served as member of the executive committee of industry global leaders. He led audit and consulting services provided to Walmart, the Pão de Açúcar group, the Carrefour group, the DPSP group and Nestlé. He also led audit services provided to Cencosud for the issuance of negative working capital appraisal reports in the acquisitions of Supermercados Irmãos Bretas and Supermercados Prezunic. He was the advisory partner in the consulting services provided to us from 2008 to 2015; and co-head for Latin America in the services provided to us from 2016 to 2018.
